Collaborative Community
Teacher development and evaluation is done through a supportive, open door policy and process. Peers and mentors frequently observe each other and offer helpful feedback or assistance in implementing instructional strategies or aspects of the curriculum with which one may have more familiarity or skill.
Teachers work closely with the Chief Academic Officer, the Director of Special Education and the Dean of Students to ensure effective delivery of instruction and classroom management. Lagniappe Academies uses a school-wide curriculum and differentiated instructional practices to address individual student needs.
